Cherries is a large detached Edwardian house situated in the beautiful seaside town of Filey, the gem of the Yorkshire Coast. Within a few short minutes stroll of the town centre, seafront and beach, Cherries is wonderfully positioned for whatever your visit to Filey will hold. With six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two large living rooms we also have an abundance of indoor space if staying in is more your thing.
A great place to spend time with family and friends in a cosy yet spacious environment, your home from home.

Two Large Lounges
If you're looking to relax and chat, or whether you prefer to get together and watch a movie, we've got you covered.
Free Wifi
Recently upgraded, and totally unlimited so the kids, and adults too can stream and post to their hearts content.
Garden
To the front of the house lies a small but well-formed garden, with outdoors furniture and a large hedge secluding the property from the road.
Spacious Kitchen
Fancy eating in? Fancy roasting a chicken and baking a cake at the same time? Not a problem, the huge family kitchen has enough space for everyone to get involved!
Family Dining
There is always room for everyone in our huge dining room!
Off-Road Parking

There is off-road parking available for one car, and plenty of roadside parking on two sides of the house as well.

THINGS TO DO
Filey Beach
​
Named as the 6th best beach in the world for kids by Travellers Choice 2019. This 5 mile stretch of golden sands has rock pools and plenty to explore.
Filey Brigg
​
This rocky peninsula juts out into the North Sea and is the perfect place to search for crabs, fish, seabirds and even the occasional seal.
Filey Town
​
The town has many small cafes, restaurants, pubs and new boutique bars such as Banks and The Boat Shed.
Leisure Activities
​
There are many activities in the local and surrounding areas such as the 18 and 9 hole golf courses, horse riding and even skydiving.
Music & Events
​
Within the local area there are a number of different venues for music and theatre events including the Scarborough Open Air Theatre (biggest in Europe!) and Bridlington Spa.
The Great Outdoors
​
If getting out and about is more your type of thing, Filey is perfectly situated as a base to explore the North Yorkshire Moors, Dalby Forest or perhaps a long trek to Flamborough Head.
